Refund policy

You can return all items purchased in the Bon Ton Online Shop without giving reasons within two weeks - only unused and in our original packaging (cut goods and all special and custom-made products are understandably excluded). The timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline. In order to be able to retrace the return, we request that you keep the dispatch note of the return.

Please note that in the event of a revocation, the delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of inspection. In the event of deterioration of the goods due to further use, we reserve the right to demand compensation for the value of the goods.

Goods are returned within the scope of the right of revocation at your expense and risk. If returned goods are not properly packaged (e.g. not in the original packaging or insufficiently protected) and are damaged during return transport, we reserve the right to charge for the damage incurred.

In the event of a wrong delivery on our part, we shall bear the costs of the revocation. Any credit resulting from the return shipment will be compensated immediately, unless you want to use it for another order. Packaging and shipping costs will not be refunded. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 10 days and are only made concurrently with the return of the goods received from the purchaser. The period begins for us with the receipt of the returned goods.

Reduced goods (sale) are excluded from exchange.
